God has called home his daughter, Herminia Carreno, age 82, beloved wife of Gustavo Carreno of 62 years on June 25, 2022. Herminia was the first Colombian woman to migrate from Barranquilla, Colombia to Cumberland, RI in 1965.

She will be missed by her children Redentora Reyes, Milena Rosario, Francisco Carreno, Lissette Carreno and Gustavo Carreno, Jr. Treasured by her grandchildren Brianna Reyes, Daniel Rosario and Alexander Rosario, Joshua Carreno, Justin Carreno and Isaiah Carreno, Deborah Navarro, Lanni Navarro, Danni Navarro, Ashely Rivera, Nathan Carreno and Jared Carreno. Great Grandchildren; Jose Ayala, Jr., Raelynn Santana, Myles Carreno, Joziah Carreno, Eli, Jayden and Jeanaily Rivera. She will also be greatly missed by her sister and brothers, Climaco Guzman, Carmen Guzman, Cesar Guzman, Eduardo Guzman, Emil Guzman, Rafael Guzman and Anuar Guzman.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. her funeral will be Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 10:00am from Keefe Funeral Home followed by internment in Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence, RI.
